Thank you for your purchase of a spokesperson intro video.
Check your email in a few minutes.
(If you don’t see the email in 15 minutes or so, check your spam or junk folders. In Gmail, look in the Promotions tab.)
1) If you bought the basic video with custom contact info, we’ll need the contact info you want to appear at the end of the video, consisting of one or two lines. For instance:
- Phone number
- Email or URL
Just reply to your welcome email with that information. (Disregard if you already supplied us that info in your order form.)
2) If you purchased the custom background, you’ll need to email us a high resolution photo.
If you plan to use a custom video background, you’ll need to send us a LINK to your video. (Video files are typically too large to email.)
Should you need a way to send video files, I recommend wetransfer.com (it’s free) or Dropbox if you have it. If you’re not sure about any of this, just let me know in an email. : )
After we receive your information, allow about 3-4 business days for delivery of your video although typically we get it done faster.
